Nowadays, people run so busy rushing to the office and then home, and this cycle continues every day. The energy level gets drained; doesn’t it?

Thinking of ways to get back with life the first thing comes in mind is Food, something delicious yet easy and quick one to make.

In search of some dishes like these, have a look to these delicious and which can be cooked in less than 30 minutes recipes.

1. MASALA UPMA

 Ingredients :

– Oil 5 tbsp

– crushed cinnamon 1/4 tsp

– crushed cardamon 1/4 Tsp

– 1 Onion ( thin sliced )

–  2 crushed Garlic Cloves

– garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

– Semolina ( Rava) 1 Cup

– Salt to taste

– red chili powder 1/3 tsp

– 1 boiled potato ( chopped )

– boiled water 3 cups

– ghee 1 tbsp

– coriander leaves (for garnishing)

– fresh shredded coconut 3 tbsp

– lime juice 1.5 tbsp

  Method:

– In a pan pour oil and let it heat

– Once heated add cinnamon and cardamom(crushed)

– Add the onion with garlic cloves and stir fry them

– After stir-frying add, the garam masala powder mix it up

– Turn the burner to low flame add semolina and fry it up to 5 to 6 minutes

– Add salt, red chili powder and give it a mix

– Then add boiled potato and the boiled water

– After pouring water stir and remove lumps (if any)

– Let it cook on low flame for 3 minutes, and the pan be covered

– Open the lid covering mix once

–  Add ghee, coriander leaves, shredded coconut, and lime juice after adding mix it well

– For serving take some upma in a bowl, take a plate and turn the bowl upside down

Delicious Masala Upma is ready!


2. WHITE SAUCE PASTA

Ingredients:

For boiling pasta:

– 4 cups of water

– 1 tbsp oil

-1 tsp salt

– 1 cup pasta

For making white sauce:

– 3 tsp oil

– 3-4 cloves of chopped garlic

– 1/2 chopped carrot

– 50 gms Corn

– 1 chopped capsicum

– 1 tbsp butter

– 2 tbsp all-purpose flour ( Maida)

– 1 and 1/2 cup of milk

– 1 tsp chili flakes

– 1 tsp black pepper powder

– salt to taste

Method:

– For boiling Pasta:

– In a pan pour water and let it boil

– Once the water starts to boil, add oil and salt to it

– Mix the salt and oil

– Add the pasta in boiling water once the water has boiled

– After 5-7 minutes check if the pasta is soft enough

– When pasta is done, strain it using a strainer  

– Collect the pasta in a bowl

-For making white sauce pasta:

– In a pan heat oil

– Add the chopped garlic cloves and stir them well

– Then add the chopped vegetables – carrots, corn, and capsicum

– Saute the vegetables

– Once they are done by sauteing take the vegetables in a plate

– In the same pan take butter and let it melt

– After butter melts add all-purpose flour (maida)

–  Roast the flour well

– Gradually keep adding milk and stir it

– Use a whisk for combining well

– Add more milk if required to maintain its consistency

– Cook the sauce properly

– Then add chili flakes, black pepper powder, and salt, mix them

– Once done add the fried vegetables

– Add the boiled pasta and stir them properly in the sauce

Tasty Pasta is Ready!!


3. NUTELLA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:

– all-purpose flour (maida) 1/2 cup

– 2 tbsp sugar

– 1 cup Nutella

– milk chocolate chips 1/2 cup

– 1 egg

Method:

– Preheat the oven

– Take a bowl and add Nutella, sugar, all-purpose flour (maida) and egg

– Mix them all well together using a spoon

– Once all the ingredients are mixed well add chocolate chips and stir it

– In a baking tray place a cookie sheet

– On the sheet now drop the dough prepared

– Once the dough is dropped, bake them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes

– After baking let them cool for 10 min and serve them

Delicious Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready!!!
