1: Pyaaz ki Kachori
Location- Jodhpur Namkeens, Gumanpura.
This finger licking Kachori is eaten and loved by all. Kachoris of Rajasthan is the most common street food item. The sellers sell delectable kachoris along with tangy sauces and attract huge crowds, especially in the morning and evening hours.
2: UFO Special Burger at UFO Food Truck
Location – Station Road near Hotel Rallentino.
This place serves a variety of dishes which are prepared inside a food van. This UFO truck captures everyone’s attention. The most special food item here is the UFO special burger that is stuffed with lots of veggies and jalapeno.
3: Amar Chaat
Location- Gumanpura main road
There is something out of the world about having to eat pani puris. They are being called Pani Puri in Mumbai, Golgappe in Delhi & Puchhka in Kolkata. It is the best and the yummiest street snack. You can say it to be the epitome of Indian roadside snack. The best part of the chaat and Pani Puri of Kota is that it comes with 5 different sauces.
4: Panna Lal Ke Pakode
Location- Shop no.2, Chaupati Bazaar
If you seeking a place to enjoy food in monsoon you must visit this joint. It has been operating for the last 5 decades but the taste has never let its customers down. You can here enjoy Aloo k Pakode & Gobhi Ke pakode and since the monsoon will arrive within a few months, there could be no better time to visit the place.
5: Dal Baati Churma
Location- Pathak family restaurant, CAD circle Shakti Nagar, Dadabari, Kota
Dal-Bati-Churma is one popular food of Rajasthan. The traditional way to serve it is to first squash the Bati and then pour pure ghee on top of it. It is served with the yellow color dal (lentils) and spicy garlic chutney. It tastes heavenly when served steaming hot!
